Welcome to the Commercial Network of the Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (CNLIBOR). Established in 1962 and previously referred to as the Long Island Commercial Network (LICN), CNLIBOR are members who do business in investment and commercial real estate.

- Members shall be eligible to attend all CNLIBOR and LIBOR events at member prices.
- Members are eligible to attend the monthly morning breakfasts for networking and education at a discount. The meetings include:
- Networking before and after the meetings.
- An opportunity to take the microphone for a short time to promote properties.
- Members have the right to vote in General Membership Elections.
- Members have the right to serve on the Board of Directors for the Long Island Board of REALTORS®.
